A superb Art Deco Bronze is to be sold by Lawrences Auctioneers of Crewkerne.

Titled "Chloe" the bronze was made by Ary Bitter, and depicts a nude figure of a lady with a Fawn nestling at her feet.

Bitter was born in Marseille in 1883 and was a leading sculptor in the early 20thc, and is best known for his high quality bronze figures and animals which he produced during the Art Deco period.
