A Dolphin Motor-Car Mascot
A rare hollow-cast bronze mascot depicting a stylised jumping dolphin in water. No markings, but finely detailed and with a good patina. 8-cms high. Dolphin cars were unusual V-8 two-stroke vehicles designed by Harry Ricardo in about 1907 and manufactured at a factory in Shoreham-by-Sea.
