A beautifully worked needlework for the Somerset Light Infantry with 'Jellalabad' above a slung bugle and crossed flags, the Regimental Colours, the second with the battle honours for the Great War against a Union Flag, the other with the regimental crest surrounded by earlier honours against a blue ground, the flags finely worked with fringed borders and 'jeweled' crowns, above a Crown, Egyptian sphinx and banner, framed and glazed, 61cm x 56cm visible, 73 x 68 overall.
