A PRE 1803 REGULATION LIGHT COMPANY SABRE.
With a 71cm curved single sided pointed blade elaborately etched with royal crown, cypher, Britannia and trophies amongst scrolling foliage, the blade marked Woolley & Co. With a 1788 Light Cavalry type hilt with feathered langets, wire wound ebony grip and flat pommel, in a leather iron mounted scabbard, 87cm overall.
