maker's mark "SS", Chester 1898 with registered design No 333891; 5.5" (13.4cm) diameter; 7.2 oz
*The original bronze bowl was found at the iron age lake village, approximately 3 miles from Glastonbury in Somerset Levels. The site was discovered by Arthur Bulleid in 1892.
