Comprising approximately 83 items (some scraps), each gummed down, including whimsical figure subjects, animal subjects, figure groups and scenes of the Scottish Victorian middle classes at leisure, sport and recreation etc, the majority c.1838-c.1860 (the latest 1887), principally watercolours, many captioned, with some etchings and other prints by other hands also included, contemporary half morocco, 4to; with the biography `Jemima` by Rob Fairley, Edinburgh 1988 (2)
