A SMALL LATE COMMONWEALTH PERIOD, TWO-HANDLED CUP circular with a slightly bellied body, decorated with chased stylised leaves around the lower half, the base with a pattern of punched beading, pricked on one side with the initials "M" over "TM", maker's mark "ET" (with a crescent blow)*, London 1659; 2.4" (6 cms) diameter; 1.3 oz *See Jacksons Revised pp.122 for this mark.
