A BRITISH WAR MEDAL TO A CASUALTY OF THE R.N.A.S. A First World War British War Medal named to F.27454 W.Moore A.M. 2 R,N.A.S. William Moore of Hoddesdon, Hertfordhsire, was born on the 18th of July 1896, he served as an Air Mechanic 2nd Class, although no detail is given he clearly became a casualty of the war or immediate postwar period with casualty number 586/1924. The medal is accompanied by box of issue, envelope and letter addressed to the recipients Father.
