A DOUBLE ROW GRADUATED CULTURED PEARL NECKLACE the pearls graduate from approximately 3.6mm. to 6.5mm. to a diamond and half pearl cluster clasp, 44cm. long. Provenance: Pauline Hickie, the present owner's grandmother, was given this string of pearls on her wedding day in India on 6th September 1938, by the Thakur Sahib of Limbdi, Kathiawar. He was the ruler of a small state adjoining the then Rasputana.
